Hey there, we’re the Guillens!
We’re a mother-and-son team — Veronica and Jesse — and the founders of Guillen Contracting. Between us, we bring decades of experience across roofing, HVAC, commercial remodeling, water mitigation, fire restoration, demolition, and build-back. After years of working in our own trades, we decided to combine our skills and launch a family-owned business that delivers the same care and expertise to every project we take on.
Our specialties are drywall, tile, and paint — but we also tackle a wide range of handyman services with the same attention to detail and pride in our work.
Outside of the job, Veronica is a proud grandma of 14 and happiest when she’s in the garden. Jesse enjoys spending time with his growing family of three (soon to be four in October 2025). He also loves to travel, hit the gym, read comics, and skateboard whenever he can. Staying grounded in the things we love helps us bring positive energy, creativity, and commitment to every project — big or small.

How Do I Get On Your Calendar?
Please share your details via our online form, this gets your info into our system and allows us to get you an estimate. From estimate approval, we can usually get you on our calendar within 1-2 weeks. High summer season can see a slightly longer turn around, so it's great to plan early.

We base our pricing on the specific scope of your project. After reviewing the details you submit through our quote request form, we’ll provide an initial estimate that reflects the time, materials, and complexity involved. We may recommend an on-site walkthrough to ensure an accurate quote so there are no hidden fees. After the walk through is complete a final estimate will be completed for your approval. Do You Offer a Warranty on Your Work?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 1-year labor warranty on all of our projects. If anything related to our work needs attention within that time, just reach out and we’ll make it right.
How Quickly Can We Book You?
We’re usually booked out about 1–2 weeks in advance. During the summer months, our schedule can fill up a bit faster. So we recommend submitting your request as early as possible. Most home repair estimates start with our online form and the photos you provide. This is the first step for every client. It helps us assess your project and gets you into our system.
